More than anything, writing gives us something to come back to and review. Writing helps remove clutter in your mind and organize tasks. Looking at something on paper changes everything.

When you repeatedly complain, you train your mind to search for what is wrong.
When you repeatedly practice gratitude, you train yourself to recognize what is good.
When you repeatedly prepare, you become less dependent on pressure.
When you repeatedly procrastinate, you begin trusting urgency more than discipline.
The question is: What are your repetitions forming you into?
